Position 1: Branch Manager I  

Required Qualification  Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.  

Required Experience  

Minimum of seven( 7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One( 1) Year as Customer Services Manager or original role.  

Candidates applying for directorial positions shall possess crucial competencies and skills including   

Excellent team building and logical skill 

Ability to work under pressure 

Sufficient knowledge of ultramodern management techniques; 

Excellent organizational skills; 

Ability to distribute sales targets and production goals to staffers and manage achievement; 

Knowledge of commercial business law, sector rules and regulations; 

Results driven and customer focused 

Leadership and human resources management skills0  

Place of work Gondar  

Position 2: Manager Talent programs and Partnership  

Education  MSC, MA, BSC, BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study.  

Requirements 9 years of experience in applicable position preferably in the banking industry of which 2 years as Principal HCM Officer or original position.  Work experience at organization and methods, and organization design areas is highly preferred.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

Study and Recommends the bank HR Policy and procedures. 

Study and recommends Major HR Milestones  similar as leadership development program, Employees Performance Management System, Succession Planning, Coaching Mentoring, Career Management and other talent programs. 

Study and recommends total compensation Package. 

As required, provides training on the Bank Major HR Milestones. 

Makes sure the HR initiatives and programs are properly implemented Bank wide.
