Position 1 Sinior Customer Services Officer
Education Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or affiliated fields of studies.
Experience demand 5( Five) years of applicable experience in a Bank
The sinior customer Service Officer
• Provides frontal office customer service support at the Branch
• Handles account operation deals
• Respond to client enquiries
• Handles cash andnon-cash deals and all client requests at the branch. Place of work For Addis Ababa
Position 2 Customer Service Manager
Qualification demand A minimal Bachelor Degree in a business affiliated fielde.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience demand 6( Six) times of applicable experience in a Bank of which 2 yeses as sinior customer Services Officer or Equivalent position. The customer Service director will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all conditioning of customer Service Officers( Maker/ Checkers) and elderly client Service Officer( Cash/ Accounts) within the Branch and insure functional excellence to deliver excellent services for high client satisfaction situations.
