Position 1: Supplier Due Diligence Officer
Qualifications:
• The candidate must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, finance, accounting, law, risk management, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in procurement, compliance, audit, internal control, vendor management, administration, or related areas.
• Ability to carefully review large volumes of documentation with accuracy.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and electronic workflow systems.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Good follow-up and coordination with stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage heavy workloads while meeting deadlines.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: CMMS Database Officer
Qualifications:
• Must have relevant professional knowledge, including a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering.
• 2 years of experience for BSC holders.
• Basic skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostics.
• Fundamental knowledge of computerized database management systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and technology.
• Advanced proficiency in English, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Position 3: Packaging Manager
Qualifications:
• Must hold a bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Additional technical or function-specific work experience required beyond formal education.
• Basic understanding of ESIA processes, ESMP development, and compliance monitoring.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Ethiopian environmental laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and environmental auditing.
• Experience in providing training.
