Position SiniorHuman Resource Development Officer
Education MA/ MBA/ BA/ degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and other affiliated fields.
Experience Three (3) years of applicable work experience of which two (2) years as a human Resource Development Officer in banking sector for MBA/ MA Degree or Five (5) years of applicable work experience of which two (2) years as a as mortal Resource Development Officer in banking sector for/ BA Degree or equivalent.

Job Description
• Assist the Manager in defining learning and development objectives and strategy aligned with mortal capital strategy.
• Participate in identifying the training, education and skill gap of the bank’s employee.
• Participate in prepare the training & education plan & budget of the bank.
• Conduct study and shortlist training and education institutes to work with.
• Conduct applicable induction and on- boarding of new employees.
• Coordinate and provide support to the provision of internal and external trainings.
• Communicate applicablepre-training information including training schedules, training materials to participants in advance of the training date.
• Ensure that staffs attending bank sponsored courses submit learning reports.
• Conduct survey to receive feedback from trainers and trainees regarding the training curriculum/ modules, and effectiveness of training environment.
• Conductpost-training assessment to identify the impact and effectiveness of trainings on the productivity, behavioral and organizational change, analyze feedback and prepare periodic training/ development reports.
•. Prepare employee training commitment contract agreements and get them signed by the applicable parties.
• Analyze training and development costs to ensure budget isn't exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
• Maintain record of all learning and development activities into the Human Resources Management System( HRMS).
• Prepare and submit periodic learning and development reports.
• Develop course outline and content, ideal and coordinate with external professional trainers on preparation of training activities.
• Recommend training programs and other educational activities to meet the requirements of Bank employees. • Track the success of training initiatives and suggest modifications of training programs to meet the goals of training programs.
• Collet, organize and handle the training and development data of the bank.
• Keep current with training research and apprehensive of trends in the market.
• Facilitate travel formalities for abroad trainings education participants, communicate the host institution and secure letter of invitation for visa processing.
• Perform fresh assignments assigned by the immediate supervisor.
