Position 1: Senior Warehouse Management Officer
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a Related Discipline
Main Role of the Job Holder
Supervise all storage, inventory, and distribution activities while leading the team and improving supply chain effectiveness
Relevant Experience
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, property management, warehouse operations, or similar roles
Required Skills
Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, movement of stock, handling customer orders, and managing warehouse team activities

Education

Education

Obtain new business contracts and boost revenue by selling custom steel fabrication, structural steel, and engineering services to construction companies, developers, and industrial clients.
Relevant Experience
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales within the steel, fabrication, or commercial steel industries
Required Skills
Market and sell fabricated steel products and structures, develop client relationships, prepare quotations, and achieve sales goals

Position 4: Senior Roof Sheet Sales Person
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, or a Related Field

Increase revenue and expand market presence by securing valuable roofing contracts, managing important business-to-business relationships, and guiding sales strategies in the construction and building materials industry
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong understanding of construction materials, business-to-business client relations, and high-value contract negotiations

Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a construction company or project-based environment
- Hands-on experience in project cost control, project accounting, purchasing, or construction finance.
Strong Excel and spreadsheet abilities. Capable of working independently at a project site
Required Skills
- Advanced technical accounting knowledge, expertise in project financial management, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Increase revenue, manage major commercial accounts, and grow market share by promoting and selling automotive and industrial lubricant products to businesses
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum, lubricants, oil, or related industries
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in lubricant chemistry, formulation, and industrial applications, combined with high-level business-to-business relationship management

Position 10: Electric Vehicle Business Development & Technical Lead
Education
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
Main Responsibilities of the Role
- Bridge the gap between commercial growth and engineering execution, driving market expansion while offering expert technical guidance for EV products, infrastructure, or projects
- Understand customer mobility needs and recommend suitable EV solutions
- Support corporate and institutional customers in assessing EV fleet requirements
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for fleet customers
- Maintenance and battery performance
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electric vehicles, automotive sales or distribution, automotive engineering or technical services, business development, or automotive marketing.
Previous direct experience in the electric vehicle or automotive sector.
