AMG Steel Factory is one of the leading steel manufacturers and suppliers in Ethiopia, established in 2010 G.C. The company has a large market share in the supply of steel products, specifically galvanized ribbed sheets, color-coated profiles, corrugated sheets, nails, and other wire products.

Position 1: Junior Salesperson
Education Requirement
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Generate sales opportunities and identify potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote company products and services.
• Prepare sales reports and support marketing activities.
Position 2: Drafts Person
Education Requirement
• Level IV/V or higher in Drafting Technology.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare technical drawings and plans for projects.
• Use CAD software to create and revise drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and technical teams.
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with standards.
Position 3: Machinist
Education Requirement
• Level IV or higher in Machine Technology or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Set up and operate machine tools.
• Monitor machining operations for accuracy.
• Maintain machine equipment and tools.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Position 4: Motor Winder
Education Requirement
• Level IV or higher in Electricity or a related field.
Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Repair and rewind electric motors.
• Inspect and test motor components.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain workplace electrical safety.
Position 5: Auto Mechanic
Education Requirement
• A BSc Degree or Diploma/Level IV in Automotive Technology or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Inspect and repair vehicle systems.
• Diagnose mechanical problems.
• Perform maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently
Position 6: Auto Electrician
Education Requirement
• A BSc Degree or Diploma/Level IV in Automotive Technology or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Install and repair vehicle electrical systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults.
• Maintain batteries, alternators, and wiring.
• Ensure electrical safety standards
Position 7: Utility Operator
Education Requirement
• Level III/IV/V in General Mechanics, Electricity, or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Operate utility systems and machinery.
• Monitor boilers, compressors, and chillers.
• Conduct routine inspections.
• Maintain operational efficiency.
Position 8: Oxygen Plant Operator - Bottle Filling and Truck
Education Requirement

• Inspect oxygen cylinders and equipment.
• Fill and transport oxygen cylinders safely.
• Monitor oxygen plant operations.

Position 9: Pump Operator

Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor pumping equipment.

Position 10: Push Pull Pickling Line Operator
Education Requirement
• Level III/IV/V in General Mechanics, Electricity, or a related field.

Position 11: Cold Rolling Mill Operator
Education Requirement
• Level II & III in General Fabrication, Mechanic & Machine Drive, Electricity, or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Operate cold rolling mill machinery.
• Adjust machine settings as needed.
• Monitor product quality and thickness.
• Ensure safe production operations.
Position 12: Galvanizing Line Operator
Education Requirement
• Level II & III in General Fabrication, Mechanic & Machine Drive, Electricity, or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Control galvanizing line machinery.
• Monitor coating processes and quality.
• Inspect finished products.
• Maintain production efficiency.
Position 13: Color Coating Line Operator
Education Requirement
• Level II & III in General Fabrication, Mechanic & Machine Drive, Electricity, or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Operate color coating line systems.
• Monitor coating consistency and temperature.
• Ensure product quality standards.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety.
Position 14: Sampler
Education Requirement
• Level III/IV/V in Chemistry, Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related field.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Collect and prepare material samples.
• Label and document samples properly.
• Support laboratory testing processes.
• Maintain sample quality standards.
Position 15: Laboratory Technician / Quality Engineer
Education Requirement
