• Not  further than 25 years of age( for external applicants)  The Customer Service Officer( Maker) is responsible to make front office customer service support at the branch. S/ he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash andnon-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Academic & Professional Qualification

Experience  

• At least four (4) years of banking experience  The junior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide  frontal office customer service support at the branch. Position 3 Customer Service Manager I  

Academic & Professional Qualification  

• Bachelor degree in a business affiliated fielde.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration  

Experience  

• Minimum of Six (6) years banking experience  The client Service director will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all conditioning of client Service Officers( Maker/ Checkers) and elderly client Service Officer( Cash/ Accounts) within the Branch and ensure  functional excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction  situations, supporting the Bank’s growth.  Required Specialized Competency  

• Understands the  introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services.

• Knowledge and experience in ultramodern service delivery practices in medium to large banks to provide guidance on quality improvements and functional changes.  

• Good knowledge and effective application of all applicable banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.

• Minimum of four (4) years successful experience in banking or customer contact role  The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and  living  guests at assigned branch.
