Job Conditions
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• campaigners will originally be screened against the Essential Qualifications relating to education, language
* and experience.
• campaigners must easily demonstrate when applying to the position how they meet each of these essential qualifications.
* Language will be assessed further during the process.
Education campaigners will be needed to give evidence of the completion of their education.
• Bachelor’s degree from a honored university Language
• Advanced position in English( both written and spoken)
• Advanced position in Amharic( both written and spoken)
* Ignorance will be assessed by a variety of means which may include a written assessment and an interview.
Experience
• Minimum of two times ’ recent * experience working in administration, in a client service part, in a data entry part or a document processing part. * Recent experience is defined as within the last five times.
RATED Conditions
The Rated Conditions are part of the essential qualifications and are relating to knowledge, capacities and capabilities. styles of assessment for rated conditions may include, but aren't limited to, a written examination, an oral interview( online pre- recorded/ live or in- person), part- play, practical tests, donations and/ or psychometric assessment.
