Position 1: Senior Accountant—Credit Control 

Qualifications: Accounting or related finance bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) will be an added advantage. 
3-4 years’ experience in a credit control executive and/or account management role in debt management experience in a well-run company working with multiple business partners 
 Proven experience & good understanding of debt 
accession and management and experience in building complex financial models to evaluate colorful financial plans. 
 Experience in Oracle or any other ERP 
 Place of Work: Addis Ababa 

Position 2: Manager Consumer Insight and Analysis 

CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE 
5–8 years of experience in marketable performance management, business planning, CVM, pricing, or data analytics, preferably within telecommunications. 
 Specialized Skills 
Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies similar to SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms. 
Strong experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. 
Strong database querying skills. 
Proven track record of translating data into business strategies and practicable insights. 
Strong understanding of crucial telecom metrics (e.g., ARPU, churn rate, customer segmentation).

Position 3: Administrative Head of Department – Reward & OE 

Must have specialized professional qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in  trades, social lore, or & business 
Advanced National Diploma in Human Resources Management from an accredited institution. 
10 years’ total experience in the leadership part, 4 of which must be in the reward and OE leadership part. 
Ability to employ solid planning and strategic & decision-making skills. 
 faculty and passion for analysis, organization design and change management 
Ability to impact professionals of elderly management positions and peers. 
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. 
Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally. 
 Ability to employ abstract business skills in understanding the association’s bigger picture 
complete business wit. 
 Wanted 
A postgraduate degree in business administration or human resources will be an added advantage.

Position 4: Deputy Chief Financial Officer 

Qualifications: MA in Accounting or a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. 
A good and registered Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) and/or Chartered Accounting qualification. 
Minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience gained in fiscal or management accounts in a large transnational association. 
Must have over 4 years' experience in supervising and managing the performance of accountants in a large association.
