Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II
Qualifications: BA in Bookkeeping & Back, Managing an account & Back, Administration, Commerce Administration, Financial matters, Promoting Administration, and related fields.
Experience: 1 year of involvement in managing an account operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.
Job Description:
• Perform other obligations as required
• Engage and perform client enlistment and account opening activities
• Initiates cash exchange from/to cash,
• Receives and conveys physical cash from and to Casher,
• Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
Checks and balance physical cash with the Casher,
• Retrieve client marks, pictures and confirm clients
