Position 1 Customer Service Administrative – II
Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position. Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 2 Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of applicable banking experience of which at least 2 years as elderly Officer in banking operation position.
Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer connections to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch Place of Work Dire Dawa
Position 3 Messenger & Cleaner – I
Qualification Grade 10th/ 12th Complete
Experience Two/ 2 years of applicable experience.
Age Between 18 – 35
Purpose of the Job To securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages and other items to intended location or recipient timely and applicable manner and support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the work places clean and make it seductive for staffs and customers.

Position 4 Security Guard – I
Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade Complete
Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in service/ Police service
