Position 1 Security Guard – I( Male)  

Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade Complete  

Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military/ Police service  

Age Between 25- 50  

Purpose of the Job To support the Bank’s operation by maintaining safety and security of the organization and its personnel, and ensuring secured customer services in a welcoming environment. 

General Functions 

  • Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities 
  • Authorize entrance of people and vehicles 
  • Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings  

Specific Functions 

  • Avert inventory losses by reporting missing items, inconsistencies, and damaged property; 
  • Use radio or other communication devices in a clear and  terse manner, if applicable; 
  • Prepare written reports of  diurnal activities, observations, and incidents; 
  • Handle other related duties as may be required.  Place of Work Addis Ababa, Dilla

 Position 2 Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash  

Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.  

Experience 3 years of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.  

Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal line customer service conditioning with due care and maximum effectiveness; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services. 

General Functions 

Enhance the strong business relationship with customers and cross-sell the bank’s positive image to the community 

  • Provide the concerned organ with timely, applicable, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance 
  • Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct at work places and time to abide by the bank’s organizational culture 
  • Provide services as per the service level agreement 
  • Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set 
  • Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices 
  • Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
