Position 1 Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Position 2 Senior Customer Service Officer I
Educational Qualification A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.
