Position 1 Customer Service Administrative – II
Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields
Experience 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position
Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal- line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services

Position 2 Messenger & Cleaner – I
Qualification Grade 10th/ 12th Complete
Experience Two/ 2 years of applicable experience.
Age Between 18 – 35 Purpose of the Job To securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages and other items to the intended location or recipient timely and applicable manner and support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the workplaces clean and making it seductive for staff and customers.
Place of Work Janamora, Tulu Awulia – Ethiopia
Position 3 Driver – I
Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade completed and dry 2 driving license
Experience Four/ 4 years of driving experience preferably in the banking industry
Purpose of the Job To support the Bank’s operation by transporting individuals, cash, and goods in timely and safely
Place of work Addis Abeba – Ethiopia
