SIKET Bank S.C invites interested and qualified applicants for the following positions. Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C.) was held at the Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance services when full banking services are launched.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational and Work Experience Conditions A minimum of a BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline.
A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
Banking industry experience is Mandatory.

A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or more in anapplicable position is mandatory.

Three (3) years of Banking work experience as a Branch Controller or more in an applicable position is mandatory.
Banking industry experience is obligatory.

Position 5: Branch Manager I
Educational and Work Experience Requirements: A minimum of a BA/ BSC, preferably an MA/ MBA/ MSC holder from recognized advanced learning institutions in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, or related field of discipline.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 2 years of experience senior customer services officer or equivalent.
Banking industry experience is mandatory.
