Position 1: Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Banking & Finance and related business fields.
Experience No previous experience is required.
Only Graduates of the year 2024 G.C with minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above public Exit Exam Pass Mark
Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services. Place of Work Addis Ababa & the area
Position 2: Information Technology Trainee Officer I (Fresh Graduates)
Qualification BSc in Computer Science. Information Technology and any other related fields.

Position 3 Customer Service Administrative – II
Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Position 4: Senior IT Security Administrator
Qualification BSc in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any other related fields.
Experience Five/ 5 years of applicable experience rather in banking industry of which Two/ 2 years on officer position. Purpose of the Job To ensure the security of the Bank’s information assets and technology resources through developing and implementing security policy & procedures.
