Position 1: Senior Network Administrator
Purpose of the Job To handle the workshop of installing, configuring, securing and maintaining the Bank’s network infrastructure and related system.
General Functions
- Take up the roles of the Division Manager in his/ her absence
- Actively participate in developing, reviewing and enforcing policies & procedures, plan/ budget of the division
- Mentor and enable staffs below his/ grades towards achieving their effective performance
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, embody the bank’s good culture and commercial image to the public
- Handle other related general activities as deemed necessary
Specific Functions
- Establish and configure networks for bank-wide uses
- Maintain dependable system performance through active monitoring of error logs and user- reported network issues
- Conduct regular tests to ensure that the system meets expectations for speed, security, and reliability
- Conduct routine system audits, making recommendations to improve reliability and performance
Perform other duties as required
Qualification BSc in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any other related fields.
Experience Five/ 5 years of applicable experience preferably in banking industry of which Two/ 2 years on officer position.

Position 2: Senior Core Banking Administrator
Purpose of the Job To ensure that there's an applicable support to system analysis, design and development, and to interface and customizes software packages as per the Bank’s requirement.
General Functions
- Follow up the functional and specialized integrity of enterprise applications and implementing solutions
- Participate in enterprise applications upgrade, and provides workarounds whenever necessary
- Undertakes system feasibility studies
- Participate in the system design, system analysis and development activities
- Customizes and test software packages
- Handle integration of T24 system with 3rd arty and other internal systems
- Designs logic for individual programs or programming systems
Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform specialized unit testing
Specific Functions
- Work with being systems to track and manage Change requests and user issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents, design and execute test plans.
- Handle incidents, events and problems as per the Bank’s Policy and approved Standards/ frameworks.
- Organizes and prepares software documentation.
Prepares project status report
Conducts on- the- job training gives guidance for application analyst, IT Officers & Users Perform other related duties given by the supervisor
Qualification BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related fields.
Experience Five/ 5 years of applicable Banking experience of which One/ 2 years on officer position.

Position 3: Senior IT Systems Administration Officer
Purpose of the Job To support the smooth functioning of the Bank’s day to day operations by implementing, securing and maintaining of the Bank’s enterprise systems and Datacenter.
General Functions
- Take up the roles of the Division Manager in his/ her absence
- Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan/ budget of the division
- Mentor and enable staffs below his/ grades towards achieving their effective performance
- Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, embody the bank’s good culture and commercial image to the public
- Handle other related general activities as deemed necessary Specific Functions
- Administer and maintain servers, Web Server, Application Server, Database Server, train Server, Mail Server, etc.
- Monitor and verify the integrity, availability and utilization of all hardware, server coffers, system and crucial process
- Review system and operation logs, and verify completion of listed jobs similar as backups
- Manage and cover system service and continuously make sure that service run easily
Perform other duties as required
