Position 1: Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance, and related business fields. Experience: No previous experience is required.
Exit Exam Pass Mark Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 2: Messenger & Cleaner – I
Qualification Grade 10th/ 12th Complete
Experience: Two/ 2 years of applicable experience.
Age Between 18 – 35

Position 3: Customer Service Administrative – II
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience 1 year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service conditioning with due care and maximum effectiveness; increase the Branch’s resource rallying trouble by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 4: Internal Control Officer I
Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance and Economics, Marketing Management, or any other related fields
Experience 2/2 years. applicable banking experience
Place of Work: Mekelle
Position 5: Senior Customer Service Officer- Cash
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields. Experience 3 years of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Position 6: Branch Manager Grade I
Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance & Economics, Marketing Management, or any other related fields.
Experience Seven/ 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry, of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of applicable banking experience, of which at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in a banking operation position.
