Position: Senior Human Resource Officer
Job Grade – VII
Purpose of the Job To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in reclamation, hand relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.
General Functions
Participates in HR planning and colorful HR study and design activities
Participate in the HR policy revision and or development
Participate in the human resource development needs analysis
Participates in colorful HR studies
Perform other duties as required
Specific Functions
Handles payments (Internal & External), benefits, and colorful requests of workers;
Facilitate and process promotion, transfer, and external recruitment;
Arrange colorful mortal resource development programs and
Conduct post-training evaluation Job Requirement Qualification BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience 5 years of applicable experience preferably in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as an HR officer.
