About the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)
The role of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is to advance the interests of Australia and Australians internationally. This involves strengthening Australia’s security, enhancing Australia’s prosperity, delivering an efficient and high-quality overseas aid program
and serving to Australian travelers and Australians overseas.

About the position:
The Senior Policy Analyst undertakes elaborated analysis and preparation of advanced reports, relating to major political science problems touching the Horn of Africa and key strategic, political and economic problems in Yaltopya, Djibouti, South Sudan and also the Central African Republic.

Qualifications/Experience:
• High-level analysis and analysis skills
