Position 1 Generator Technician  

Qualification & Experience  Diploma in Auto Mechanic, Electricity, or related fields plus a minimum of 3 years in generator maintenance and installation.  The job holder is responsible for maintaining and operating the generator as per the standard procedures of the manufacturer. S/ he troubleshoots and details fault analysis. The job holder ensures maximum generator availability and stylish possible equipment conditions in branches and head office.  Place of Work Addis Ababa(V. No HO/ 00491/ 24)  

Position 2 Branch Manager – Class I Branch  

Qualification & Experience  BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, and Business Administration plus a minimum of eleven( 11) years ’ experience in the banking sector, three( 3) of which is an administrative role.  The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets,  functional plans, and activity and progress reports.

Position 3 Manager – Partnership Management Division  

Qualification & Experience  BA Degree in Marketing Management, Communication/ Public Relations, Journalism, and related fields with a minimum of Ten( 10) years of applicable experience of which at least 3 years in an administrative role. 

Training on Marketing Management. ( added advantage) 

Masters in a related course( added advantage)  

The job holder is responsible for planning, developing, implementing t  marketable and strategic relationships with different organizations in agreement with the Bank’s overarching objectives, strategic goals, and strategies.

She studies and carries out partnership management tasks to build value-creating partner relationships; upon approval from the supervisor, establishes and maintains relationships with mates and offers new ways to grow the partnership.  

The job holder builds the commercial image to maintain a reputation for quality service and to promote trust and establish confidence with partners, customers, and employees.

Position 4 Office Machine Technician  

Qualification & Experience  Diploma in Electronics or related fields plus a minimum of 3 years in handling office machines.  

The job holder maintains all types of Bank’s office equipment and is involved in testing, configuration, and integration of new office equipment previous to introduction into the operating environment.

Position 5 Branch Manager – Class II Branch

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics plus a minimum of eight( 8) years of applicable banking experience of which three( 3) years in an administrative position.  The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and attendants branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets,  functional plans, and activity and progress reports

Position 7 Branch Manager – Class III Branch  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related discipline plus a minimum of nine( 9) years of applicable banking experience of which three (3) years in an administrative position  The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, alawslaw of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service enterprise and attendants branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets,  functional plans, and exertion and progress reports.
