Position 1- Customer Service Mnager I
Qualification Bachelorette degree in a business affiliated fielde.g. account, operation, economics, business administration ExperienceSix( 6) years banking experience The customer Service director will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all conditioning of customer Service Officers( Maker/ Checkers) and elderly client Service Officer( Cash/ Accounts) within the Branch and insure functional excellence to deliver exemplary services for high custimer satisfaction situations, supporting the Bank’s growth.
