Position 1 Customer Service Manager I
Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related discipline plus minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 3 years at functional work.

Position 2 Branch Manager Class IV Branch
Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus minimum of 8 years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in a administrative position.

Position 3 Manager – IFB Products Development Division
Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and Management plus a minimum of eight( 8) years in Banking operation, with at least 3 years in directorial role preferably in the banking sector.
The applicant is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the IFB product Development division. S/ he is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with colorful work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
S/ he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The retainer continually collects and analyses applicable market and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities.

Position 4 Manager – Technical Services Division
Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration and Economics with specialized certification on electricity & general mechanics (added advantage) plus a minimum of 8 years ’ applicable experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in a administrative position. The job holder is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and assessing the activities of the division. S/ he handles and resolves requests of support from branches and head quarter organs, follow- up different activities which helps opening of new branches.
