Position 1: Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
Required Qualification & Experience
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, and Economics, plus a minimum of eight( 8) years’ experience in banking operations, preferably in IFB services.
The job holder is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and client conditions, defining the product vision, and working closely with colorful work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. S/ he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The jobholder continually collects and analyses applicable requests and competitor information to assess market position and identify threats and opportunities.

Position 2: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Required Qualification & Experience
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics, plus a minimum of eight (8) years of applicable banking experience, of which three( 3) times in an administrative position.
The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and the law of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch deals and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/he prepares and submits periodic budgets, functional plans, and activity and progress reports.
