Position 1: Junior Cashier / Teller

Education
•    Needs a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance with a GPA of 3.00 or higher
Experience
•    No prior experience is required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Key Skills
•    Ability to detect counterfeit currency
•    Knowledge of the teller module in the Core Banking System
•    Ability to perform fast and accurate cash balancing

Salary: Degree: 13,000 ETB plus Allowance | Diploma: 11,000 ETB plus Allowance

Position 2: Senior HR Officer

Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field
Experience
•    At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a microfinance institution
Key Skills
•    Management of HRIS and payroll software
•    Knowledge of labor law and employee relations
•    Experience in high-volume recruitment strategies

Salary: 34,000 ETB plus Allowances

Position 3: Senior Risk & Compliance Officer

Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Law, or a related field
Experience
•    At least 4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal control within financial institutions
Key Skills
•    Compliance with AML/CFT/KYC standards
•    Ability to assess credit and operational risks

Position 4: Senior Marketing Officer

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
•    At least 4 years of experience in financial product marketing, branding, or campaign management
Key Skills
•    Knowledge of Digital Financial Services (DFS)
•    Skills in product development
•    Ability to conduct market research and customer acquisition

Position 5: Senior Accountant

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
Experience
•    At least 4 years of experience in banking or microfinance, including at least 2 years as a Head Office Accountant
Key Skills
•    Experience in IFRS 9 reporting
•    Skills in Asset-Liability Management (ALM)
•    Knowledge of treasury, liquidity, and tax management

Position 6: Branch Manager

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field
Experience
•    At least 3 years of experience in banking or microfinance, including 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Skills
•    Knowledge of Core Banking Systems (CBS)
•    Experience in PAR and NPL management
• Knowledge of regulatory directives and AML/CFT compliance

Position 7: Finance / Service Head

Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
Experience
•    At least 5 years of experience in banking or microfinance, including 2 years as Head Office Senior Accountant, or 3 years as Director in a related institution

•    Experience in IFRS 9 reporting
• Skills in Asset-Liability Management (ALM)

Position 8: Finance Department Head

Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
Experience
•    At least 7 years of experience in banking or microfinance, including 1 year as Finance Service (Division) Head

•    Experience in IFRS 9 reporting
•    Skills in Asset-Liability Management (ALM)
•    Knowledge of treasury, liquidity, and tax management

Position 9: CEO Secretary

Education
•    Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, Executive Assistant, or a related field
Experience
•    3–5 years of relevant secretarial experience, including executive-level support
Key Skills
•    Expertise in advanced Microsoft Office applications
•    Skills in minute taking and business correspondence
• Ability to handle confidential documents
•    Experience in document management and archiving
