Yegna substantially provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or implicit operators and, low income people who are able to work in income- generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low- income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 1 Branch Cashier
Educational Background BA Accounting, Accounting, and Finance/ level IV( 4) Completed COC demand is mandatory
Experience 1 years experience in banking and/ or microfinance profitable.
Position 2 Junior Secretary
Educational Background Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office management, IT.
Experience 1( one) year of experience in related work (women Only)
Position 3 Board Of Secretary
Educational Background Bachelorette’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office operation, IT & having a background of law
Experience 4 years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking and/ or microfinance in a directorial Position.
Position 4 Sinior Accountant
Educational Background Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
Experience 3 years of experience in related work out of which 2 year experience in banking and/ or microfinance experience is required
Position 5 Branch Accountant- II
Educational Background Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance and related.
Experience 2 years of experience in related work out of which 1 year of experience in banking and/ or microfinance is advantageous
Position 6 Senior Marketing Officer
Educational Background BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, and related
Experience 3 years and above Experience. Digital Marketing experience is required
Position 7 Resource Mobilization Department Manager
Educational Background Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience 5/7 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in banking and/ or microfinance business, of which, at least 3 years shall be in a directorial position.
Position 8 Human Resource Department Manager
Educational Background MA/ BA Degree in HR, Management, Public Administration, and related
Experience 5/7 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in banking and/ or microfinance business, of which, at least 3 years shall be in a directorial position
Position 9 Information System Department Manager
Educational Background Msc/ BSc degree in IT, MIS & Computer Science
Experience6/8 Years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking and/ or microfinance advntage.
Position 10 Chief Executive Officer
Educational Background MA/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience 8/ 10 years of experience in related work out of which 5 years of experience in banking and/ or microfinance business shall be in a directorial position.
