This objective has been ensured in Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27 June 2009 with a paid up capital of Birr 95.7 Million divided in to shares of Birr 1,000 and an sanctioned capital of Birr 300 Million.
Position 1: Senior Secretary
Education BA in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management or related.
Experience 6 Years’ applicable experience as Secretary or Equivalent.

Position 2: Assistant Branch Manager I
Education BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics or related
Experience 5 Years Banking Experience as Customer Service Officer, 2 Years Experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Equivalent
Place of work Mekaneselam and Dansha Branches
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Education BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics or related Experience seven years banking experience as Customer Service Officer, two years’ experience as Branch Manager or Equivalent
Place of work Mendi, Bako, Shufunie, Gimbi, Mekaneselam, Dansha and Arsi Robe Branches,
