Position 1 Branch Relationship Officer – Pool
Academic & Professional Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, Banking, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Trainings and courses in banking operations( IFB, domestic, credit and transnational banking operations)
Experience
• Minimum of four( 4) years applicable experience. The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and living customers at the assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction to retain existing and implicit customers thereby generating fresh business through cross-sell opportunities
