Position 1 Facility Officer
EDUCATION/ TRAINING
BA degree in Management or related or.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1 year of experience. The purpose of the Facility Officer position is to plan, organize, coordinate, and control the activities of the general services. S/ he ensures that all facility and support services are provided to different work units of the Institution.
Specialized AND OTHER SKILLS
- Integrated knowledge and understanding of support services concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
- Ability to interact and deal with people;
- Planning, organizational, logical, and decision-making skills;
- Basic computer skills;
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Position 2 Accountant EDUCATION/ TRAINING
B.A. Degree in Accounting or original education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Specialized AND OTHER SKILLS
- Well-organized and able to act professionally and ethically;
- Good skills in the use of computers;
- Communication and presentation skills.
Position 3 Administrative Secretary
EDUCATION/ TRAINING
- Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or original combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 4 years of work experience as a secretary.
Specialized AND OTHER SKILLS
- complete in computer skills( MS word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet browsing skills;
- Good written and spoken English language;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate information accurately.

B.A. degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or original combination of education and work experience.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 6 years of applicable experience.

- Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully apply the Institution’s Strategic Plan;
- Interest-free banking and introductory Shariah knowledge
- Demonstrated specialized and directorial ability, sound judgment, and ability to interact and work effectively with others in all situations;
- Good abstract understanding of the participatory approach and sustainable development;
