Position 3 Ride- Ride-Hailing Functional Manager
Bachelor’s degree and above in business management, transportation management, logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the ride-hailing or transportation industry. In-depth knowledge of ride-hailing platforms, operations, and market dynamics.
Strong logical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw strategic insights.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple functional tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team of drivers.
Ability to communicate easily and professionally with drivers, customers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using technology platforms and software for operations management.
Knowledge of original transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving functional goals and customer satisfaction.
Work Experience 2 years and above applicable experience
Position 4 Director, Product/ Service Directorate
Education MA/ BA in Business Management/ Personnel Management or other related fields
Work Experience10/12 Years Related Experience
