It is a private company engaged in the import, export, and wholesale distribution and commission agency business, largely in structure accouterments, It plans to expand itself to (FMCG) Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Thus, would like to employ a competent and vibrant application for the following positions.
Position 1: Sales Division Head
Qualification/ Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field( MBA preferred).
6 and 8 years of sales management experience, with proven results in a similar industry in trading companies and preferably within the FMCG sector. Out of which 2 Years at the Supervisory Level,
Required Skill and Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain connections with crucial clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Report on sales performance to senior management.
- Analyse request trends and competitors' conditioning to identify occasions for growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to elderly management.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skill and effectiveness.
- Skills Strong logical, leadership, and relationship-building abilities; knowledge of CRM (Customer Relation Management) tools and market dynamics.
- unite with cross-functional brigades to achieve business objectives
Position 2: Business Development And Marketing Research Division Head
Education
- MA/ MSC/ BA/ BSC In Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or Related Fields. ( MBA preferred).
Experience
- 6 and 8 years in business development or sales, preferably in FMCG. out of which 2 Years in the Supervisory Level,
- Required Skill and Responsibility
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with crucial clients and industry mates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Spot market trends
- Led a high-performing team focused on market expansion.
- Plan growth and produce and roll out growth strategies
- Skills Strong logical, leadership, and relationship-building abilities; knowledge of CRM tools and market dynamics.

Position 3: Sourcing Division Head
Education
(MA) and Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 6 and 8 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within the FMCG. Out of which 2 Years at the Supervisory Level,
Required Skill and Responsibility
Supplier Management & Development
Identify, estimate, and establish mutually salutary connections with suppliers, icing alignment with our norms for quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and overall performance.
Cost & Value Optimization
- Formulate and implement strategic sourcing initiatives focused on cost savings and value improvement.
- Conduct in-depth market analyses to stay informed on industry trends, pricing structures, and supplier abilities.
- Evaluate supplier proposals to secure best-value options in terms of both cost and quality.
Position 4: Junior Marketing Research Officer
Education
- BA/ In Marketing Economics, Business Management, Or Related Field Business Development Sales In Trading Companies. And preferably within the FMCG sector.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 and above years of related experience
- Required Skill and Responsibility
- Your responsibilities will include gathering and interpreting market research data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Position 5: Junior Accountant
- Education MSC/ BA in Accounting and Finance or Related Fields.
Experience
- 1 and 2 years preferably in FMCG.
- A junior accountant is an entry-level position in an accounting firm or department.
- A Junior accountant’s duties include posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts delinquent and accounts outstanding, paying yearly payroll, and preparing fiscal reports.
Position 6: Senior Accountant
Education
- MSC/ BA in Accounting and Finance or Related Fields.
- Experience 4 and 6 years preferably in FMCG.
- The Senior Accountant is to be responsible for the preparation of financial reports, fiscal analysis, and reconciliation of accounts outstanding and accounts delinquent.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting and finance and is a self-starter with strong logical skills
Position 7: Finance Division Head
Education
- MSC/ BA in Accounting and finance or Related Fields
- Experience 6 and 8 years preferably in FMCG. Out of which 2 Years in Division Manager Level responsible position
- A Fiancé division head, or accounting director, is responsible for managing all accounting functions and operations within an organization
- Some skills and qualifications that are often required for accounting directors include
- Communication skills, Leadership Teamwork, Interpersonal skills, Business to business selling, skills Knowledge of state and civil tax laws Computer accounting software
- skills Project management skills Attention to detail.
- The Manager of the Financial division will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely periodic financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Position 8: Senior Tender Officer
Education
- MBA/ BA in Economics, Management, Marketing, Procurement and supply management or Related Fields
- 4/6 years’ Experience In tender participation, specialized evaluation, in Trading Companies in FMCG & Construction Sectors
- Identify/ Source tenders,
Effective negotiation skills
- Study review and analyze bid documents and prepare highly responsive, stylish, and competitive specialized and financial bid Proposals strictly as per customer’s guidelines.
- Assists in maintaining and monitoring all contractual records, including all documentation related to contracts
- Facilitate the evaluation of bids for submission to the separate operation team.
Position 9: Procurement Officer
Education
- BA Degree in Supply, and Purchase Management, Marketing, and any related fields. 6 years of Experience in similar positions preferably within the Construction and FMCG sectors
- A Procurement Officer works in the procurement department and oversees a vital part of the supply chain.
- Research suppliers of goods and services
- Gather price quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions
- Execute the purchase of goods or services approved by management
- Evaluate and negotiate seller contracts
- Recommend new products, services, or materials in keeping with industry trends.
- Ensuring the cost-effective procurement of materials, parts, or goods.
Position 10: Export And Import Department Manager
MBA/ BA In Management, Economics, Accounting, Or Related Fields. 10/12 years’ Experience In Trading Companies Import And Export Out Of Which 5 Years In directorial Position in trading companies and preferably within the FMCG sector
sector-building abilities; knowledge of CRM tools and request dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
