Position 1: Tutors City’s Manager

Summary 
The instructor’s  megacity  director is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day operations and  operation of the instructor’s  megacity platform. This  part involves recruiting, hiring, training, and managing teachers as well as  icing smooth tutorial conditioning. The  director handles complaints and  vexation from both teachers and  druggies, addresses  functional challenges, and escalates specialized problems to the applicable officers. 

Skills and qualifications 
 Mama. In Education with 10 times of  tutoring experience 
 Proven experience in team management 
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skill 
 Proficient in digital tools and platforms for managing operations 
 Problem working mindset and ability to work under pressure 

Key Responsibilities 
 1. Reclamation and management of tutors 
. Develop and execute recruitment plans to onboard qualified tutors. 
. Conduct interviews, assessments and evaluations of tutor candidates 
. Provide training programs and  coffers to ensure tutors meet company standards 
. Assign tutors to applicable tutorial activities based on qualifications and availability 
. Monitor tutors’ performance and provide regular feedback 
. Address issues of under performance and  apply corrective measures 
. Have discussion for termination of teachers’ contract with legal and  executive service and  principal cities officer 

2. Tutorial Operations 
. Oversee the scheduling, coordination and execution of tutorial sessions. 
. Ensure tutorials are conducted efficiently and meet quality  norms 
. Handle complaints and inconveniences from users and tutors professionally. 
. Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. 
. Identify and report specialized problems to the  principal cities officer and  principal technologies officer 
. Collaborate with specialized teams to resolve  functional issues promptly 
. Prepare regular reports on operations, performance metrics and challenges. And provide insights and recommendations to the  principal cities officer for improvement. 

3. Administrative Actions 
. Take applicable  executive actions when deemed necessary to ensure efficiency, compliance, and smooth operation within their area of responsibility. 
. Discuss termination of contracts with the Legal and executive Service and the Chief metropolises Officer. 

Position 2: E-Exam Preparation City’s Manager 

Summary 
 Thee-Exam Preparation’s  megacity manager is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day operations and management of the exam preparation’s city platform. This role involves recruiting, hiring, training, and managing teachers as well as ensuring smooth tutorial conditioning. The manager handles complaints and  vexation from both teachers and users, addresses  functional challenges, and escalates specialized problems to the applicable officers.

 in business field with 7 years of working experience out of it 2 years in  directorial position or B.A in marketing management with 9 years’ experience out of it 4 years in  directorial experience 
 Proven experience on marketing, and a  elderly leadership role 
 Proven expertise in digital marketing and branding, particularly in technology- driven industries 
 Strong understanding of virtual technologies and customer behavior in digital ecosystems 
 Visionary leadership with strategic thinking

The CFO will oversee all  fiscal operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, and work closely with other  directors to align financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives. 

Skills and Qualifications

 Proven experience in finance and senior leadership role. 
 Experience in technology or virtual projects is a plus.

 Proficiency in accounting software and tools applicable to tech businesses. 
 • Knowledge of financial aspects related to virtual services or SaaS businesses is an advantage. 
 • Strong  logical and organizational skills. 
 • Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of virtual city operation 

Key Responsibilities
