EthSwitch New Vacancy 2024 EthSwitch is  commanded to produce Interoperability between financial institutions, EthSwitch New Vacancy 2024 Implement Domestic Payment Scheme, provide National Payment Gateway, serve as Central Inter connectivity for clearing & settlement and provide Shared Platform/ Infrastructure services. Position 1 Senior Brand Management Officer (Re- Announced)  

Qualifications 

  • BA/ MA/ MBA in Marketing Management, Management or related fields f studies 
  • 7/5 years of applicable work experience out of which 2 years in officer position  

Position 2 Senior Public Relations Officer (Re- Advertised)  

Qualifications 

  • BA/ MA/ MBA in Marketing Management, Management or related fields of studies 
  • 5/3 years of applicable work experience out of which 2 years in officer position  

Position 3 Senior Business Analyst (Two Years Contract)  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and dissect business requirements.  
  • Process Mapping Create detailed process maps to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. 
  • Develop and maintain business cases, feasibility studies, and project proposals specific to digital 
  • Data Analysis Analyze data to inform business decisions, using tools  similar as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software. 
  • Solution Design Propose and design solutions that meet business  requirements and align with organizational goals. 
  • Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between specialized teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives. 
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including project managers, IT, operations, and external stakeholders  similar as financial institutions. 
  • Create and maintain business process models, user  peregrinations, and documentation for digital finance solutions. 
  • Conduct gap analysis on existing processes and digital finance products, recommending areas for improvement. 
  • Identify risks and challenges in the implementation of digital finance products and develop strategies to mitigate them. 
  • Project Support Assist in project management by tracking progress and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.   
  • Training and Support Provide training and support to end- users on new processes and systems. 
  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and progress reports for digital finance initiatives. 
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital finance and fintech innovation applicable to the Ethiopian market.  

Qualifications 

  • Master’s Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. 
  • minimal 8 or above years of experience in business analysis roles, specifically in payment industry 
  • Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ECBA)( profitable) 
  • Strong understanding of the domain, and digital finance ecosystems 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN). 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and experience with project management software. 
  • Experience with digital finance regulations, compliance, and security. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple assignments. 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly nimble. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications( Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • Strong  logical and problem- solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively incross-functional teams. 
  • Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills.  

Position 4: Senior Fraud Management Officer  

Qualifications 

  • BSC/ BA/ MA/ MBA/ MSc in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems or related fields of studies 
  • 7/5 years of applicable work experience out of which 2 years in officer position 
  • Competence in MS Office and Competency framework and critical thinking
