Position 1: Welder S1

Experience- 5 years of experience in welding work , Driving license, Grade Auto Proficient English, and Amharic
. The main purpose of the job
The welder will be working as part of the post specialized team. He'll be line managed by the specialized team administrator.
The job holder's main role will be entering and actioning all General work requests that will require his expertise.
To cut and join metals and other materials at our workshops or construction sites, the welder will operate the applicable outfit to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision.
The job is important as it provides the foundation for a strong infrastructure.
A welder must be competent in using a potentially dangerous outfit, following all safety precautions. The welder will also need to have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of essence and their properties is essential.
Roles and responsibilities As part of the specialized platoon, the Job holder will be responsible to action on all work requests that will bear his/ her expertise – 90 % Safe workspace – 10 The job holder is expected to review risk assessment and create a safe working environment.

Position 2: Head of Protocol EO
Required Qualifications and Experience
EducationCollege Diploma/ degree in a business-related field
Experience 5 or more years’ experience in facilitation, concurrence, and protocol work, or related facilitation places
Good knowledge of Ethiopian Government services, their procedures, and policies
Basic computer skills – Word, Excel, 3rd grade or original valid driving license, suitable to work on unconditional hours, late nights, early mornings, weekends, public holidays
Fluent in Amharic and English
The main purpose of the job
Lead the work of the Protocol platoon to deliver routine protocol duties, such as clearance of sanctioned entrustments; assisting staff with visas, driving licenses, political ID cards, vehicle enrollment, etc. Direct the team on a diurnal basis, examine the progress of request work, provide updates, identify and apply advancements to customer experience, and support/ develop the platoon.
Roles and responsibilities : Monitoring the work of the Protocol team, following up on progress, and providing updates to customers and elderly leaders.
Directing the team on a diurnal basis, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed.
Assisting/ supporting, and developing the protocol team.
Being a focal person and representing the team.
Leading on protocol duties for VIP visits – working closely with organizers, providing updates, delegating, etc.
Leading on the work with HM Consul on British National protocol matters and others.
