British Embassy in Ethiopia is seeking to retain a high class candidate for its mortal resources team. The retainer is expected to support in improving the people practices; similar as recruitment, induction, data management, etc. and has the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Position: HR Officer
Essential qualifications, skills and experience
University Degree or original in mortal resource management, business management, psychology or another affiliated field is required.
At least three years of professional experience in mortal resources management in an transnational organisation or embassies is required.
Excellent understanding and knowledge on mortal resources management and people practices.
Desirable qualifications, chops and experience
Experience of working in a People or Commercial role.
Demonstrate resilience with the ability to work in a busy, grueling and rapidly changing environment.
Excellent knowledge of organisational and HR information technology systems and tools.
