Position 1 Human Resource Development Officer
Qualification First Degree in Management/ Public Administration/ or related fields with 3 years of applicable experience.
Job Description
• Performs duties as a liaison between the HRM and Facilities management directorate and colorful business units, directorates and branches to ensure quality training programs are developed, customized, approved, maintained, revised and properly documented as required;
• Provides coaching, mentoring and leading training managers;
• Develops, customizes and maintains affiliated training support materials;
• Performs other affiliated duties as required.

Position 2 Senior Human Resource Development Officer
Qualification First Degree in Management/ Human Resource Management/ Public Administration or related fields with 5 years of applicable experience.
Job Description
• Develops, customizes and maintains related training support materials;
• Makes sure that training materials together with educational methods aren't only current but also effective;
• Manages the facilitation and instruction skills of the trainers and assists in the improvement of competencies in the classroom;
• Prepares a follow – up succession plans;
