Position 1 Customer Service Officer- I
Qualification BA Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking and Finance/ Management/ Economics or other related fields with 1 year of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office.
Job Description
• Will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handles cash andnon-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
• Maintain proper Records and Files
• Good journal payments on time.
• Prepare and Send Reminders for overdue Documents.

Position 2 Relief Customer Service Officer- I
Qualification
• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related
Experience
• One( 1) year of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Description
• Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
• Listen to customers ’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
• Verify client autographs and identification documents for sale authorization.
• Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
• Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
• Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.
