Job Description
• Will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
• Maintain proper Records and Files
• Effects periodical payments on time.
• Prepare and Send Reminders for overdue Documents.

Position 2 Branch Manager – I
Qualification BA Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking and Finance/ Management/ Economics or other related fields, with 6 years of Banking experience of which 2 Years at the administrative level.
Job Description
• Ensures that daily operations and branch book of accounts are handled under this procedure as well as the accounting procedure of the bank;
• Ensures that all applicable KYC and AML/CFT-related regulations are complied with during the opening of accounts and posterior relationship with customers
• Monitors dormant and/ or inactive accounts are maintained safely;
• The branch Manager ensures the security of cash vaults and ATMs and manages end-of-day operations.
• They also maintain proper secretaries, reconcile accounts, and manage diurnal cash transactions.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.
