Position 1: Architect or Site Engineer
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in architecture, site engineering, or interior finishing
2. A minimum of five years of experience in the relevant position
3. Preference given to candidates with experience working on large-scale construction projects on site

Position 2: Planning Engineer
Qualifications:
• A degree in Civil or Construction and Management Engineering (COTM) with either a master's or bachelor's degree
• Minimum of eight years of experience, with at least four years in the proposed position
• Must have experience with Primavera or P6 software
Preference is given to candidates with experience working on large construction projects on-site across various types of construction.

Position 3: Senior Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• A minimum of eight years of experience in the proposed position
• Preference given to candidates with experience working on large construction projects on site
Technical Skills: Experience in building or power work.
Proficiency in electrical engineering software such as AutoCAD Electrical and Revit MEP. Knowledge of circuit design and analysis
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex electrical issues
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and create effective solutions

Position 4: Senior Hydraulic Engineer
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in water supply or hydraulic engineering
• A minimum of eight years of experience in the proposed position
• Experience in water supply or drainage, as well as building sanitary works; preference given to candidates with experience on large construction sites
Skills and Knowledge:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD, Water CAD, Revit MEP, and others for design and analysis
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to evaluate complex hydraulic systems
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Position 5: Senior Construction Engineer
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• A minimum of eight years of experience in the proposed position

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools like Microsoft Project
• Project Management Skills: Ability to oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects on site
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to deal with challenges that arise during construction projects
