Position 1: Maintenance Controller  

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

Partaken in the development of the asset care plan for the utility and process Plant, contributing suggestions and providing expert advice. 

Support the perpetration of the asset care plan for the utility and process, icing the mileage Specialists, PA’s and  functional teams have the required specialized competencies to execute the plan. 

Ensure that nonstop improvement is built into the Utility Specialist’s team goals, and forms part of regular goal review sessions. 

Lead the  mileage  platoon in the provision of asset care and engineering support to the shift- based Utility and process teams. 

Lead the Utility Specialist’s team in a manner that engenders ownership,  commission, and  platoon interaction. 

Ensure adherence to the applicable CCBA and legislative  programs (similar as OSH act) on safety and housekeeping. 

Ensure applicable competencies are developed in the team, and ensuremulti-skilling occurs within the Utility (This includes evaluation of workmanship of teams)  

Skills, Experience & Education 

First Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Position 2: Financial Controller  

Key Duties & Responsibilities  

Finance Leadership  

Advise the Finance Director on short-, medium-, and long- term investment opportunities that will benefit the business. 

Offer commercial orientation and perspectives to the Finance Director to drive value creation throughout the business. 

Focus on  crucial strategic precedences, and produce abilities within the finance  platoon to drive and support  enterprise that will enhance the achievement of those precedences. 

Support the strategic plan development and support the Finance Director and Country Finance Planning and Operations Manager to estimate indispensable ideas and options in that endeavor. 

Responsible for the Balance Sheet and Working Capital Planning.  

General Accounting & Finance 

Maintain sound accounting system which ensures stylish practices in bookkeeping and accounting for all transactions. 

Maintain a competent finance team that provides up- to- date and accurate information to the business at all times. 

Work nearly with tax authorities to ensure full compliance and minimize exposure to the business. 

apply a credit policy for the business, which promotes good management of the accounts receivables portfolio and reduces bad debts. 

Ensure effective working capital  operation practices are entrenched. 

Review and sign off month- end file and provide to Finance Director.  

Governance & Control 

Promote good commercial governance practices within the business which ensure that the business remains a feasible and responsible reality. 

Practice performance management to  insure the finance team is well engaged and that proper succession planning is entrenching to promote ongoing concern. 

Provide a safe and sound work environment for the finance  platoon and support initiatives that minimize business  threat. 

Promote crucial external stakeholder engagements which are necessary to enhance healthy business relationships and support business continuity.  

Planning & Reporting 

Analyze data; fiscal andnon-financial, so as to inform the Finance Director onmacro-economic trends which underpin forecasts and budgets. 

Coordinate the Balance sheet budgeting process and ensure  popular controls are maintained. 

Maintain healthy connections with the Group Office and Group Finance offices to ensure the operation is acquainted with current developments and reporting conditions. 

Ensure that all fiscal statements and reports are properly and timeously prepared, communicated, and distributed as required.  

Decision Support 

Runs finance literacy programs for other departments and depots to ensure that they're in line with finance requirements.  

Build and embed superior Finance abilities 

Share stylish practices for use with the Finance Director in the broader CCBA business. 

Identify original stylish practices and abilities and share them with the Finance Director 

Participate in communities of practice led by the group office as instructed by the Finance Director.  

Skills, Experience & Education 

BA Degree in Accounting and Finance/ Accounting or related field of studies 

Added advantage Master Business Administration in Finance 

Ten( 10) years of accounting and financial management experience with at least 5 years of Financial, Management experience 

Hands- on experience in a  transnational manufacturing business environment. 

Demonstrated environment to work singly, manage multiple precedences, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced  terrain.

Position 3: Finance Development Manager  

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Identify, entrench, and enhance stylish practices across the EABSC and AMWSC finance organisation drawing on support from the CCBA Group Function 

crucial project member in merging the EABSC and AMWSC finance functions 

Lead the development of automated governance and provide strategic leadership as to the entrenchment thereof. 

Lead the automation of all processes where standard rules can be applied. 

Translate cost reduction and process  openings into workable action plans, drive the execution, and  insure benefit  consummation. 

Develop business intelligence through integrated systems and processes. 

Work with IT Business partners to enable smooth integration of multiple systems and platforms.

Lead and manage colorful finance improvement projects 

Lead and  unite with the rest of the CCBA finance association to deliver the CCBA transformation objects

Coordinate multiple work streams to deliver required initiatives and projects  

Skills, Experience & Education 

BA Degree in Accounting and Finance/ Accounting 

A minimum of 5 years crosscross-functional finance experience at the management level 

Hands- on experience in a multinational manufacturing business environment. 

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced terrain. 

Proven track record of process and systems  results delivering value to the organization 

A robust understanding of finance processes, with proven experience in identifying and executing improvements 

Proven ability to align and prioritize projects to achieve business objectives 

Strong working knowledge of ERP results 

Experience in process improvement methodology and advantage (i.e. spare, 6 Sigma)  General
