Position 1: Maintenance Controller
Skills, Experience & Education
• First Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment. OR
• First Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Planner/ Machine Specialist within the company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Partake in the development of the asset care plan for the packaging plant, contributing suggestions and providing expert advice.
• Support the implementation of the asset care plan for the Packaging plant, ensuring the MASs, PAs, and functional teams have the required specialized competencies to execute the plan
• Ensure the execution of maintenance/ extended maintenance work
• Lead the Packaging Engineering platoon in the provision of asset care and engineering support to the shift- based production teams.
• Support packaging performance improvement by conducting and leading performance optimization initiatives.
• Take part in evaluating nonstop enhancement openings linked by the production teams or engineering support.
• Ensure that nonstop improvement is built into the MAS’s team goals, and forms part of regular goal review sessions.
• Lead the MAS’s team in a manner that engenders ownership, empowerment, and team interaction.

Position 2: Manufacturing Team Leader
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Coach team members in the correct execution of their tasks( functional and specialized).
• Communicates work practice deployment plans and ensures team buy-in.
• Ensuring that team members understand and adhere to the functional, quality and process standards, work instructions and maintenance schedules, work practice deployment plans and performance target.
• Check that the team members, carry out required independent maintenance tasks and any required running repairs on shift by work instructions and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure that the team members understand and adhere to quality standards.
• Communicate team goals and regularly review to ensure team alignment.
• Coach and support team members in using the correct problem- solving techniques( similar as 5Why, quick fix, OPL’s etc.) to solve situational problems.
• Ensure that SIC mechanisms are in place to track and monitor waste( e.g. mass balance).

Position 3: Management Accountant
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Accounting/ Accounting & Finance with 3 years experience in Accounting systems and financial reporting out of which at least 2 years experience in Cost and operation Accounts.
Key Duties & liabilities
• Compile and communicate the schedules for MSD month-end close timelines
• Perform system verifications for MSD Actuals month-end Close
• Perform system verifications for MSD RE Close
• Perform system verifications for MSD Budget Close
• Coordinate the compilation of specific month-end reports for the management pack
• Compiled financial commentary and analysis for board pack
• Compiled ad hoc requests for information and analysis for reporting
• Provision and coordination of commentary for Group Board Pack
• Compile and communicate budgeting schedule to applicable stakeholders

Position 4: GMP Technologist
Skills, Experience & Education
First Degree in Microbiology, Applied Biology, Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Environmental science or related field with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Carry out microbiological tests.
• Identify swabbing areas.
• Draft/ develop sampling plan.
• Prepare lab equipment for micro testing.
• Do micro sampling.
• Perform GMP audits.
• Conduct daily audits & inspection.
• Report & record issues & corrective action from surveys.
• Manage pest control program.
• Monitored plant CIP routines.
• Do CIP verification titrations.
• Ensure CIP schedule is followed to the letter.
• Communicatenon-conformances to applicable parties.
