Position: Fleet Maintenance Planner
Skills, expertise & Education First Degree in engineering or connected field of study with a minimum of two years relevant expertise in producing atmosphere
1. Maintenance designing and management
• Plan the daily maintenance.
• Review emergency work orders victimization the quality and make sub-works orders
• Create the upkeep set up and assign tasks to team members, together with contractors.
• Communicate and distribute commit to team members.
• Update the upkeep set up .
• Organize and distribute maintenance work orders with loading sheet to the fleet team Leader.
• Ensures that needed tools and spares ar out there.
2. Continuous Improvement

3. Maintenance Program Development
• Ensure effective safety awareness talks/incident recalls/Tool Box Talks
• Provide PPE and guarantee compliance (Budget Availability)
• Ensure compliance to allow to figure wherever needed with Audit compliance
• Report incidents Level three Leadership
• Incident investigations to be enclosed twenty four hours
• Ensure known safety hazards on line ar managed to closure (including folks behaviours)
• Facilitate the groups risk management processes
5. Breakdown Management
• Verify content correct
• Follow on work united
• CM tasks raised
• Close breakdown order
6. Manage the upkeep Spares
• Train team members on new processes/procedures/technologies and guarantee ability.
• Identify Productivity opportunities (People, Cost, CAPIN)
• Communicate benchmark shared learnings to team
