YESAR BUSINESS GROUP – RADISSON HOTEL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – ADDIS ABABA:
YESAR BUSINESS GROUP is a trusted construction company working on the Radisson Hotel Project in Addis Ababa.
They are seeking skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic professionals to join their project team.
Position 1: Junior Site Engineer
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience
Key Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Assist site engineers with site supervision, measurements, inspections, progress tracking, material requests, reporting, quality control, and identifying issues (snagging).
- Ability to interpret drawings and basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is required.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in site work may be considered.

Position 2: Fit-Out Site Engineer
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience
Key Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate fit-out activities such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, doors, cladding, and finishing works.
- Review drawings, coordinate MEP and architectural works, monitor quality and project progress, and prepare site reports, RFIs, and inspection requests.
- Experience in hotel or high-end fit-out projects is highly preferred.

Position 3: Fit-Out Senior Foreman
Requirements:
- Technical Diploma/Certificate or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience
Key Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, cladding, doors, and finishing.
- Manage workforce, productivity, workmanship, materials, daily operations, and issue resolution (snagging).
- Strong experience in hotel or high-end fit-out projects is preferred.
- Lead and supervise fit-out workers and subcontractors.

Position 4: Level Man / Surveyor
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a Related Field
- 2+ years of experience
Key Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as setting out, leveling, alignment, elevations, grid lines, benchmarks, floor levels, partitions, ceilings, doors, and other fit-out work.
- Must be able to operate Auto Level, Total Station, and Laser Level.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings and maintain precise survey records.

Position 5: Senior Store Keeper
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in store management, logistics, supply chain, construction management, or a related field
Key Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving, storage, issuing, and recording of construction materials.
- Maintain stock records, material registers, inventory control, and proper documentation.
- Experience in construction projects is required; experience in hotel fit-out projects is an advantage.
