Position 1 Branch Relationship Officer
The Senior Systems is responsible for the pivotal job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition, she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring, and upgrading of Operating System, end-user applications, IT equipment, and Support systems.
Educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other original field.
- Professional certification in MCSA( Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A is an added advantage.
- At least five( 5) years of applicable experience.

Position 2 Branch Manager II
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, economics, business administration, or other related fields
Experience
- Minimum of Eight( 8) years applicable experience out of which two( 2) years in an administrative post The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are stuck to by all staff. S/ he will also coordinate the deals business development sweats of the branch. The Branch director will also lead the customer service initiatives and guide branch functional excellence. S/ he will prepare and submit periodic budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports. The jobholder will also participate in colorful community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank

Position 3 Talent Acquisition & Competency Development Specialist
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related discipline from an estimable university.
- Master’s in Human Resource or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Professional qualification( s) in Human Resources is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of six( 6) years applicable experience Talent Acquisition & Competency Development Specialist is responsible for participating in developing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates; design end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection, and crafting employer branding strategies to attract different and talented candidates. In addition, the role holder is responsible for developing a competency assessment framework and taking a part in designing competency development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of workers in the Bank.

Position 4 Organizational Development Specialist
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, and/ or related discipline from an estimable university.

Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years applicable experience Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for conducting HR planning, engaging in process flow and job design, employee engagement, and organizational culture-building initiatives. In addition, the role holder is also responsible for providing support in the delivery of people and organizational development strategies and operational plans in support of the Dashen Bank values.

Position 5 Manager, Safety & Security – City/ Up Country
Academic & Professional Qualification
- BA Degree from a Police or Military College
- Professional certifications similar to Certified Safety Professional( CSP) or original, are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum of Eight( 8) years applicable experience out of which two( 2) years at middle or line management post. Manager, Safety & Security – City/ Up Country supervises and coordinates the security operations and activities in the physical assets of the Bank found in Addis Ababa or outside of the city. The role holder ensures that the safety and security of the Bank’s holdings are maintained and assigns, directs and controls security personnel of the Bank.
