Position 1 – General Manager
needed Qualification and Experience
Education Master’s degree in Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field
Experience Proven experience as a General Manager in a media company for a minimum of 5 years
Place of work Addis Ababa
Salary As per the association’s salary scale
Position 2 – Chief Financial Officer( CFO)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field( Master’s degree and CPA preferred)
Experience Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, rather than in the media or entertainment industry
Place of work Addis Ababa

Position 3 – Website and IT Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience Proven experience in website management and IT support roles, preferably in a multimedia or digital media environment
Place of work Addis Ababa Salary As per the association’s payment scale
Position 4 – Graphic Designer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Experience Proven experience in graphic design part, with a focus on multimedia happy packaging and brand design

Position 5 – Video Editor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop is a plus
Experience Experience in working with multi-camera footage
