Position 1: Contract Admin Engineer
Required Education BSc Degree in civil Engineering, Construction management with the minimum of 7 years of working experience preferably in construction or real estate sector The purpose of the contact Admin Engineer position is to assist the contact admin Division Head for prepare and certify schedule, prepare and process bid check and approve the payment and prepare the payment certificates, prepare price escalation, BOQ with the current unit price and contract admin( both contractors and customers) construction work to ensure that it's executed in strict conformity with the contract documents and drawings. He she ensures measurement and certified payment certificates, variations and any works before reviewing the contract admin division head submitted by contractors and issue certificates for payment to contractors
Salary Range 20,001 – 30,000 ETB

Position 2 Senior Field Sales Consultant
Required Education and Work Experience BA degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management and other related field of studies with the minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate as sales officer
Responsible for leading, controlling and coaching the sales offers report to him her

Position 3: Office Engineer
Required education and work experience BSc degree in civil Engineering or construction management with the minimum of 5 years of working experience preferably in real estate or construction sector
The purpose of the office engineer position is to administer contractors work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents. inspect work site, monitor design budget and schedule and check takeoff sheet, project plans and delineations to verify payments certificate. analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document.

Position 4: Site Engineer
Required education and work experience BSc. degree in civil Engineering or construction management with the minimum of 4 years working experience.
The purpose of the site engineer position is a construction professional that provides specialized advice to the colorful construction crews and subcontractors. he she is also responsible for organizing and supervising the construction project. he she's also be involved in undertaking surveys, setting out spots and making sure that the specialized designs and drawings are accurate.
Salary Range 10,000 – 20,000 ETB

Position 5: Office Engineer Head
Required education and work experience BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or construction management with the minimum of 8 years working experience rather in construction and Real Estate sector. coordinate between consultants, external agencies, contractors property owners and other utility service for assigned projectssupervise office staff for all executive works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors.
