Position 1 Senior System Administrator
The Senior Systems is responsible for the pivotal job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition, she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring, and upgrading of Operating System, end-user applications, IT equipment, and Support systems.
Educational background
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other original field.
Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A is an added advantage.

Position 2 District Credit Analyst
The Credit Analyst is responsible for activities related to credit analysis and appraisal in the District Office. These include identifying, and mitigating factors for credit threat (s); making in-depth credit analysis and appraisal using applicable analysis techniques; and ensuring that the findings of the analysis are true and correct as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Educational background
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance, or other related fields.
At least five (5) years of banking experience of which at least two (2) years in the credit area.

Position 3 Loan Provisioning Officer
The Loan Provisioning Officer is responsible for assisting in the follow-up of the loan provision capacity of the Bank in line with capital adequacy, asset quality, management soundness, revenue and profitability, liquidity, and sensitivity analysis.
Educational background
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields. At least four( 4) years of applicable banking experience.

Position 4 Branch Relationship Officer – Pool
The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and living customers at the assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction to retain existing and implicit customers thereby generating fresh business through cross-sell opportunities
Educational background
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, Banking, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or related fields. The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/ Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/ Accounts) within the Branch and ensure functional excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels, supporting the Bank’s growth.
Educational background
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. g. accounting, management, economics, or business administration.

Position 6 Relief Branch Manager
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/ he will also coordinate the sales business development efforts of the branch. The Branch Manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guide branch functional excellence. S/ he will prepare and submit a periodic budget, work plan, and activity and progress reports. The job holder will also share in colorful community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
Educational background
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. g. accounting, management, economics, and business administration minimum of seven (7) years applicable experience out of which One (1) year in an administrative post.
