Position 1 Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
• Three( 3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 2 Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Duty Station Delo Mena, Etaya & Hasasa
Position 3 Customer Compliance Handling Manager
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience Six( 6) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be profitable.
