• Not more than 25 years of age( for external applicants) The Customer Service Officer( Maker) is responsible to providing frontal office customer service support at the branch. S/ he will handle account maintenance, payment, and collection deals respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions, and all client requests at the branch.

Experience
• Minimum of four( 4) years of successful experience in banking or customer contact part The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and living customers at assigned branches. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction to retain existing and implicit customers thereby generating fresh business throughcross-sell opportunities.

Experience
• Minimum of seven( 7) years applicable experience out of which One( 1) year in administrative post. The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/ he will also coordinate the sales business development efforts of the branch. The Branch Manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guide branch functional excellence. S/ he will prepare and submit periodic budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports. The job holder will also participate in colorful community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
