Position 1 Strategy Implementation Follow-up Officer  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or affiliated field plus a minimum of three (3) years ’ related experience. The retainer is responsible for the follow-up of the proper implementation of strategic initiatives in the Bank. The job holder also supports organizational alignment to the Strategy for both business and support functions.

Position 2 Transformation Projects Management Officer  

Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a related field plus a minimum of four( 4) years ’ experience in project management areas. The purpose of this role is to support activities related to transformational projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing, and coordinating different enterprises or systems of the Bank from ideation through to completion by ensuring that all Bank’s projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are met, desired results are achieved, and that the most effective resources are used.

Position 3 Branch director – Class IV Branch  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics plus a minimum of 8 years of applicable banking experience of which 3 years in an administrative position.  The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking conditioning of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets,  functional plans, and activity and progress reports.

Position 4 Branch Manager – Class II Branch  

Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration plus a minimum of ten (10) years ’ experience in the banking sector of which three( 3) years in an administrative position. The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking conditioning of a branch office. S/ he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations, and laws of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch functional excellence. S/ he prepares and submits periodic budgets, functional plans, and activity and progress reports.
